I meet a super fun, cute chick and we share a couple of genuine laughs via a lot of sarcastic banter and wordplay. Skeptically enough, I’m super intrigued by the idea that this chick might actually be pretty down to earth, genuine and as intelligent as the vibe she gives off and not just this cute, spoiled asian chick that one (me) might assume first glance. So… I then work up enough courage to ask her out and she agrees to go on a “date”. For about $40 bucks I could take her out on this “date” and spend an afternoon/evening getting to know a complete stranger better wondering if she’s as “dope” as she appears or just hot air. We could go sample some crazy delicious local eateries in the area. Go grab some Carnitas Tacos from El Camino Real in Fullerton. Or, some burritos from Angie’s in Norwalk. Or… if we’re feeling real adventurous, go get some hole in the wall food at those secret, hidden gem restaurants in LA after hitting up an art gallery or hike or something ultra-hipster Instagram worthy like that.

Yeah… for about $40 I could have the best day of my life getting to know a complete stranger that could possibly change my life in one way or another (for better or worse I suppose). And, not to take a greedy stand on this Obama, respectfully so I’d like keep that $40 and the possibility of something like this happening one day
